ACE (Automated Commercial Environment)
Timeline:
As of March 31 2016 Electronic entry summaries with the
below entry type codes will not be permitted to file in
ACS:
01, 03, 11, 23, 51, 52
As of March 31 2016 Electronic entry summaries and cargo
release data with the below associated PGA data will not be
permitted to file in ACS:
-NHTSA (DOT)
-APHIS Lacey Act
Note that if an entry that contains NHTSA or Lacey and
other PGA data then the cargo release data will be allowed
to file in ACS.
For example of the cargo release data contains both Lacey
and FDA data, then ACS will accept the cargo release data.
